Stock Availability
In the unlikely event that an item ordered is out of stock, despite being shown as available at the time of purchase, we will notify you within two working days.

Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused at the point of delivery and returned to us by the carrier, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the total refund amount.
Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days from the dispatch date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in raising a claim with the carrier.
Please note: If we are contacted after this period, we may no longer be able to open a claim or offer assistance, as claims outside this window are no longer accepted by the carrier.
